Caroline Johnson (She/Her) came to yoga fifteen years ago through a school project and discovered something unexpected — she did enjoy moving her body; she simply hadn’t found the practice that met her. Yoga offered steadiness without pressure and structure without force. It became a place she returned to for clarity, grounding, and a deeper relationship with herself.
Caroline holds her 500-hour teacher training certification with CorePower Yoga and has been teaching in Chicago since 2024. She brings a background in leadership and communication to her teaching, shaping spaces that feel intentional, calm, and relational. Her presence is gentle, steady, and rooted in care.
Caroline’s love of teaching kids yoga comes from her belief that movement and self-attunement are capacities that can be cultivated early. She is drawn to children’s sincerity and natural softness, and feels honored to support their growing ability to listen inward, regulate their energy, and trust their own experience.Anna brings creativity, imagination, and structure into every Brain to Belly Kids Yoga class, designing experiences that feel engaging, inclusive, and responsive to each child in the room. Through movement, breathwork, and creative exploration, she supports emotional regulation, body awareness, and confidence-building in young people. She is passionate about creating spaces where kids feel safe to express themselves, move their bodies, and connect to their inner calm — all while having fun.
