Shantel (Shan) Wolfe (she/they) uses yoga as a tool to relieve tension, reconnect with her inner child, and access a flow state where her higher self is known to reside. Shan collaborates with kids to create original yoga flows inspired by their imaginations. With a background in social work, she thoughtfully weaves social-emotional learning into every class. Shan completed their 200-hour yoga teacher training at Zen Yoga Garage in 2021, grounding her playful, healing approach in both skill and intention.
