Stephanie Eiler loves to help others connect with their minds and hearts through movement, creativity, and play. She discovered her passion for yoga in 2018 and it quickly became an important part of her personal life and professional life as a classroom teacher. She immediately began to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into her daily instruction with her students which continued to grow her passion for Social Emotional Learning and mindful movement. She went on to complete her 500-hour yoga certification through Breathe For Change and recently graduated with a Master's of Education in SEL, Yoga, and Mindfulness. Stephanie strives to create a kind and inclusive environment for all of her students to feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves while also giving them space and support to discover something new. She values creativity, curiosity, and community in the yoga space, and is excited to continue to learn and grow with her students!
