Our Children’s Yoga Teacher Training (CYTT) equips you to teach yoga to ages 18 months-18 years with a radically inclusive, trauma-sensitive, nervous-system focused approach. It's more than just games and songs—we present yoga history, philosophy, and all eight limbs with an equity lens.

Our fully virtual program is self-paced and you can enroll at any time. After you enroll, you begin with a live, 30-minute, 1:1 orientation. From there, you’ll use intuitively designed resources to pace yourself through the program.

Participants in the U.S.A. can opt for a hardcopy manual for $35 (includes printing, assembling, and shipping). ALL participants are eligible for FREE access to our digital manual.
